For security, we will verify ownership of the account through the registered email address before completing the request. Never provide your password or login verification code through this form.

What will be deleted

Once your request has been verified and processed, we will permanently delete personal information associated with your Diet Different account, including:

• Your account and profile information
• Your personal goals and nutrition settings
• Your meal-planner and progress information
• Registered devices and active login sessions

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained or anonymised where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Any information retained for these purposes will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and will not be used for marketing.

Important subscription information

Deleting your Diet Different account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app from your device also does not cancel your subscription.

Deletion is permanent

Once your account deletion has been completed, your account and deleted information cannot be restored. You may create a new account in the future, but your previous information will not be recoverable.
