Owen is a Registered Dietician RD(SA) and Head Coach with over 12 years of training and nutrition experience. He is highly educated and deeply knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness. His passion for sport and performance has driven him to specialise in Sports Nutrition, placing him among the top tier of accredited professionals in the industry.

Cherise is our Assistant Coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. She brings a personal understanding to our clients' journeys, having come from an overweight background herself , starting at 100 kg, losing over 30 kg naturally, and maintaining it. Her transformation has been featured in two major publications, Fatloss Magazine and Fitness Magazine. She has also competed in  and won a wellness bikini competition. In addition to coaching, she contributes to much of our recipe development and media content.
